Our client is a dynamic software company based in Philadelphia, PA, specializing in developing innovative products for the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition sectors. They aim to streamline and enhance the hiring process through cutting-edge technology, and we are looking for a creative and experienced UX/UI Developer to join our growing team.
Position Overview:
As a UX/UI Developer, you will be critical in creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our backend low-code software systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to design and implement user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. Your contributions will directly influence the effectiveness and appeal of our HR and Talent Acquisition products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop modern, responsive user interfaces based on a low-code backend platform for various software products.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to gather and understand user requirements, turning them into engaging and functional UI/UX solutions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Ensure consistent and cohesive design across all products, maintaining best UX/UI design practices.
- Conduct user research, testing, and feedback analysis to improve and refine interfaces.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in UX/UI and web design technologies, applying best practices to current and future projects.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Developer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in designing and developing user interfaces.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and working knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing methodologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and detail, with an ability to create intuitive user experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on HR or Talent Acquisition software products.
- Familiarity with low-code or no-code development platforms.
