Responsibilities:
Create and maintain visual design elements that strengthen brand identity through marketing and promotional efforts such as digital and print campaigns, including social media, email marketing, trade show materials, and more. Execute innovative design concepts for marketing campaigns. Develop deliverables that effectively communicate complex information through design. Collaborate closely with the team to ideate and solve day-to-day creative business needs. Play a key role in the design and production process, working with external vendors and internal partners such as photographers, videographers, event managers, etc. Balance multiple projects while maintaining high creative standards and meeting deadlines. Familiarity with email marketing platforms and campaign management tools, including designing templates and coordinating multiple sends. Create visually compelling large-scale trade show booths and other exhibition collateral, including knowledge of building and managing event pages and virtual experiences using platforms like Cvent and ON24. Maintain and organize a library of design assets and templates for ongoing use. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and project management tools to manage multiple projects efficiently. Basic knowledge of building and managing pages in content management systems (CMS) such as Kentico or similar platforms. HTML knowledge is a plus.
Requirements:
Strong creative portfolio demonstrating examples applicable to integrated campaigns. Include a link to your online portfolio in your resume. Applications submitted without a link to an online portfolio will not be considered. Bachelor's degree required. 5+ years of experience as a creative in marketing, advertising design. Ability to prioritize and manage work, adhering to critical project timelines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience building branded experiences and campaigns across digital and traditional communications. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat) and project management tools. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with commercial team members, colleagues, and external vendors. Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Capable of working within and expanding upon corporate brand guidelines.
