Product Marketing Manager V Remote - must work PST hours Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Monetization organization, you will oversee product marketing efforts for our lead generation portfolio. This is a senior individual contributor role that requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for creating innovative advertising experiences. Responsibilities: Lead understand work and GTM strategy and execution for key products in our lead generation product portfolio Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Research, Communications, and Marketing Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to bring innovative advertising experiences to market Conduct foundational analysis to identify market needs by segment, opportunity sizing, and identifying unmet needs via discussions with internal and external stakeholders Represent the advertiser perspective and run alpha and beta testing processes Create go-to-market strategy with advertiser value proposition messaging, marketplace positioning, and supportive external facing enablement and proof points Guide a team of Product Marketers focused on both inbound and outbound product marketing Mentor and coach high-performing team members Requirements: BA/BS degree 10+ years of experience working in a product management, product marketing, management consulting, or equivalent function Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment Proven experience mentoring and/or managing high performers Digital advertising product development and go-to-market experience, including an understanding of direct response digital advertisers in the U.S. and globally Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for creating innovative advertising experiences Scrappy, resourceful, action and detail-oriented, with a high ownership mindset to deliver measurable impact Nice to Have: Experience with lead generation marketing Understanding of the latest trends and developments in digital advertising Pay range is $119 - $124 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
