Job Description AECOM is seeking a Senior Highway Project/Design Manager to be based in Los Angeles, CA. _ Job Responsibilities _ Manages and leads a team of professionals, overseeing the design of large-complex projects. Manages design effort, design schedule, and budgets. Change and risk management. Coordinates client needs and develops/builds on relationships for future opportunities. Mentors, develops, and hires support staff. Monitors contract compliance and leads project dispute/resolution process. Leads and assists in the development of future design-build proposals. Builds and maintains relationships with project owners/AHJ's. Qualifications: Qualifications _ Minimum Requirements: _ Bachelor's degree + Ten (10) years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education Must possess CA state PE license _ Preferred Qualifications: _ 20+ years of transportation project experience Experienced with Design Build delivery for final design Design Build Project Experience Experience leading and managing transportation design-build projects on large complex highway projects. Experience managing a large team in a fast-paced environment. State Professional Engineer License, or the ability to obtain within twelve months.
