About the role
The Creative Manager, Post-Production leads a team of graphic designers and video editors in producing compelling, on-brand graphic and video content across various channels and platforms. Responsible for ensuring all deliverables are visually engaging, aligned with brand standards, and meet business objectives.
What you'll do
1. Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers and video editors, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and technical excellence.
2. Collaborate with directors, producers,
copywriters, and designers
to develop and storyboard compelling video concepts that align with the brand's identity and creative strategy.
3. Oversees the creative process through execution-using Asana to manage timelines and workflows.
4. Oversee
end-to-end creative execution
across multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
5. Approve and provide
clear, actionable feedback
on design and video deliverables to maintain consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment.
6. Edit and craft polished
video content
from raw footage, with a focus on storytelling for paid media campaigns and digital platforms.
7. Guide creative team members
through structured feedback,
promoting continuous improvement and upskilling.
8. Inspire and lead
teams
to push creative boundaries while producing high-impact content aligned with business goals and brand values.
9. Stay current with
industry trends
, recommending innovative tools, techniques, and formats to enhance creative output and team capabilities.
Qualifications
1. Highschool Diploma or equivalent experience
2. 5+ years experience in a creative environment, such as video, design, marketing or media production preferred
3. Previous leadership experience preferred
4. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
5. Bilingual fluency
in English and Spanish,
with excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and audiences.
6. Advanced proficiency
in video editing software,
including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Media Encoder; working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator for asset integration.
7. Demonstrated ability to craft
engaging video content,
supported by a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work across formats (social media, paid media, branded content).
8. Strong understanding of post-production
workflows,
including sound design, color correction, motion graphics, and optimizing video for different platforms and audiences.
9. Highly organized with strong
project management skills,
able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
Working Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm Eastern Time
The pay range for this role is:
13 - 15 USD per hour (Remote (Bogotá, Bogota, CO))
