Job Description
We are currently looking for experienced Lead Technicians to work out of our Greater New York office. Our ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3-5 years of AV installation and integration experience. Our client is providing Relocation Assistance.
Responsibilities:
We are currently looking for experienced Lead Technicians to work out of our Greater New York office. Our ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3-5 years of AV installation and integration experience. Our client is providing Relocation Assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Cut, terminate, and identify various audio, video, data cables, and wire
- Installation of TVs, speakers, video projectors, projector screens
- Installation of keypads and programming URC remotes
- Load programs and update firmware
- Possess an understanding of rack building procedure and tying in racks on-site
- Accurately document the installation procedure and complete necessary paperwork
- Interface with customers and vendors on job sites
- Familiarity with product lines including Crestron, Savant, Sonos, Lutron
- Working knowledge of Crestron Toolbox and Savant is a plus.
- Perform basic troubleshooting using various software and testing tools
- Must have an understanding AV floorplans, wire schedules, elevations & schematics
- Basic understanding of lighting and shade systems including HomeWorks QS low voltage wiring, RPMs and breaker panels, 0-10v wiring, dimmers, keypads, repeaters, shade wiring, and setting shade limits
