About Us:

With three generations of experience, we’re expanding our reach and seeking a uniquely qualified Certified Shorthand Reporter (CSR) to support both legal proceedings and client relationship management.

The Role:

This is a dynamic dual-role opportunity ideal for a California-licensed CSR who is confident in legal reporting and passionate about client success. You'll not only report and certify depositions and hearings but also help manage law firm accounts, schedule services, and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:As a Certified Shorthand Reporter:

• Accurately transcribe depositions and legal proceedings (remote and in-person)
• Administer oaths and deliver certified transcripts
• Ensure all documentation complies with CA CSR Board standards
• Manage digital transcript delivery and support production as needed

As an Account Manager:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key law firm clients
• Manage intake, scheduling, and service coordination for litigation support orders
• Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and service accuracy
• Maintain organized records and communicate service updates internally

As a Marketing Support Representative:

• Introduce company services to law firms and legal professionals via email, phone, or events
• Participate in light outreach to expand CSR and litigation support service usage
• Help craft client-facing materials and updates based on service offerings
• Represent Countrywide Process at professional networking events, if applicable

Qualifications:

• Active California CSR license (Required)
• Strong working knowledge of legal terminology and court procedures
• Previous experience in client service or account management preferred
• Organized, responsive, and highly dependable
• Comfortable with remote tools, CRMs, and legal tech platforms
• Professional and polished communicator (written and verbal)
