Position: Public Relations Assistant Location: Columbus, OH Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Public Relations Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a central player in our public relations efforts, you will have the opportunity to support the development and implementation of PR strategies designed to enhance our brand visibility and public image. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in various aspects of communication, media relations, and event management. Key Responsibilities
Assist in crafting press releases, speeches, and other communication materials. Support the PR team in organizing and executing promotional events. Maintain and update media lists and contact databases. Monitor media coverage and report on campaign performance. Collaborate with team members on social media content strategy. Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activity. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
