Position Description:

Ilera Holistic Healthcare is seeking an experienced and highly organized Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that educate patients, engage dispensary partners, and drive sales. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing, this role will collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in marketing strategy, campaign execution, and project management. This individual will be passionate about using brand storytelling and community education to promote medical cannabis in Louisiana and ensure alignment with Ilera's mission and values.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing and educational campaigns to promote product awareness and patient engagement.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resource allocation from concept to delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, creative, operations, and external partners to ensure successful rollout of marketing efforts.
• Create and maintain a master marketing calendar with clear communication of milestones and deadlines.
• Develop branded patient- and provider-facing materials that promote product education and reinforce brand consistency.
• Support digital and print marketing efforts to ensure consistent tone, messaging, and visual identity across channels.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and adapt marketing strategies in an evolving regulatory environment.
• Serve as the main liaison between marketing, sales, and external agencies for campaign alignment.
• Identify risks or challenges that may impact timelines and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced team culture.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

• 5+ years of experience in a marketing or sales support role.

• Demonstrated success in executing campaigns, managing multiple projects, and working cross-functionally.

• Strong writing, editing, interpersonal, and project management skills.

• Proficiency in marketing platforms and tools; project management software experience preferred.

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or highly regulated industries is a plus.

• Self-starter with a high level of initiative and strong organizational skills.
