JS GROUP INTL is a dynamic and innovative fashion company dedicated to delivering high-quality apparel that inspire confidence and creativity. We are looking for an experienced and talented in-house fashion photographer to join our creative team. This role will be key in capturing the essence of our collections and brand identity through visually stunning photography.

Job Overview:

The in-house Photographer will be responsible for producing high-quality, on-brand imagery for use across multiple channels, including digital, social, print, and campaign. The Photographer will collaborate with the design and creative teams to capture on-trend, engaging visuals that tell the story of our brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Photography Production:
• Capture imagery for lookbooks and campaigns, ensuring high-quality standards that align with each brand’s aesthetic.
• Both on-model and ghost/VPI product photography as needed for retailer partners and internal e-commerce platforms.
• Work with the Director of Creative Services and in-house design teams on production: booking models, stylists, hair and makeup artists to create compelling visual narratives.
• Ensure high quality output with on-brand lighting, composition, and mood.
• Collaborate with the design, marketing, and creative teams to understand the vision for each shoot and how to bring it to life.
• Offer input into mood boards, shot lists, and styling to highlight seasonal themes consistent with brand direction.
• Edit and retouch photos as required, ensuring final images meet brand standards and deadlines.
• Manage and organize photo libraries for easy access and use by internal teams and external partners.
• Equipment Management:
• Manage and maintain all photography equipment, ensuring it’s in excellent working condition.
• Manage rentals and deliveries of equipment and props as needed.
• Brand Consistency:
• Ensure that all photography is consistent with the overall brand vision, maintaining a cohesive aesthetic.
• Team Player:
• The photographer will collaborate with internal departments such as design and sales, as well as external partners such as video editors and retouchers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a fashion photographer, with a portfolio that demonstrates proficiency in both in-studio and on-location photography.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.), Capture One, and asset management software.
• Excellent knowledge of lighting, studio set-up, and camera equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative eye for detail and a strong sense of fashion photography trends.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
• A degree or relevant experience in photography, fashion, or a related field.

Bonus:

• Experience in videography and video production.
• Familiarity with social media trends and content creation.
