Our mission is to unify the largest workforce in America and redefine “work” for future generations in the world of AI. We train family caregivers to provide in-home care covered by Medicaid, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and private insurance. Local care teams provide clinical oversight, and our vertically integrated software and mobile app streamline the consumer experience from qualifying and credentialing to care delivery and pay. With 20+ payer contracts to serve over 5 million members and 15%+ MoM growth for the past 5 months, Aidaly is poised for multi-market expansion in the year ahead. We’re hiring a bold, creative marketer to amplify our social media presence and drive growth, spotlighting the stories of our caregivers. Role: General Marketer/Brand Manager Reports to: CEO Location: In-person in San Francisco (childcare/flexibility) Start Date: April 2025 Compensation: $120K-$160K base, generous equity stake (based on experience) Objective
We seek a natural talent—vibrant, strategic, and emotionally intelligent—to fuel Aidaly’s brand growth through innovative marketing with a sharp social media focus. Over the next 12 months, this individual will triple our digital reach, craft compelling content, and collaborate cross-functionally to launch new markets and features, all while elevating our unique voice and the powerful stories of our caregivers. Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Oversee daily management of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok), growing engagement and community presence. Create, schedule, and publish bold, on-brand content that aligns with market goals and caregiver narratives. Monitor trends, competitors, and analytics to keep content fresh, relevant, and optimized for reach and conversion. Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies across social media, web, blogs, email, and digital channels, amplifying Aidaly’s mission and voice. Craft visually striking posts, newsletters, and blogs—optimized for SEO, sharing, and lead generation—highlighting caregiver stories. Collaborate with design teams to produce creative assets that resonate with underserved families and payers. Campaign Execution & Analysis: Plan and execute paid social campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads), managing budgets and optimizing for performance. Partner with the Market Launch team to align campaigns with new market pushes, iterating based on data-driven insights. Track, measure, and report campaign results, refining strategies to boost awareness and support a 3x ARR. Market Research & Cross-Functional Support: Research digital marketing trends, tools, and audience opportunities to inform content and campaign strategies. Support event promotions, product launches, and PR efforts, ensuring cohesive messaging across channels with sales, product, and design teams. Gather and share caregiver stories to raise awareness of compensation opportunities and drive community impact. Requirements Experience: 4 years’ experience in consumer marketing, with a strong emphasis on social media management and digital marketing Proven track record of successful social media campaigns across multiple platforms Experience with paid social media advertising, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and amplify brand voice Technical and stylistic design skills or deep familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) Basic knowledge of video editing or experience with video content creation Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) Knowledge of analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics). Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing best practices Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines Strong organizational and project management skills Education: Self-taught in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred) Benefits Why Join Aidaly?
