We’re looking for a hands-on, results-driven Marketing Manager to take our brand to the next level, driving traffic, conversions, and revenue growth while working closely with our product development team.
Job Summary:
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, optimize product launches, and grow sales across multiple channels. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a focus on e-commerce growth, digital marketing, and performance-driven advertising.
You will collaborate closely with product development, sales, and e-commerce teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with revenue goals. The ideal candidate has experience with marketplace advertising (Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe’s), digital growth strategies, and customer acquisition tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth & Product Development
- Work directly with product development to ensure marketing strategies are in place before product launches.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior to refine positioning and messaging.
- Lead go-to-market strategies that drive measurable results, including traffic growth, conversion rates, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
Performance Marketing & E-Commerce Growth
- Develop and manage data-driven marketing campaigns across Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Wayfair, and our D2C websites.
- Optimize SEO, PPC, and paid media campaigns to maximize traffic and conversions.
- Track key performance metrics, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), ROAS, and lifetime value (LTV) to ensure efficiency.
- Oversee digital ad spend and budget allocation across all platforms.
Brand Positioning & Demand Generation
- Develop multi-channel marketing campaigns that strengthen brand identity and drive demand.
- Ensure marketing messaging aligns with consumer needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content, video, and digital assets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Lead marketing efforts for major promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product rollouts.
- Partner with retail and marketplace teams to enhance listings, optimize product pages, and improve overall brand presence.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods.
- Proven track record of scaling digital traffic and increasing conversions.
- Strong experience with Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe’s, and marketplace advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and performance marketing strategies.
- Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, paid search, and digital analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and marketing data to drive decisions.
- Experience working with product development teams to execute go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the home improvement or luxury consumer goods industry.
- Background in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
