Memmer Homes is growing and looking for a creative architectural manager. As the director of architectural design, you'll have the opportunity to manage the design process and be part of a team that builds extraordinary homes!
TALENT + INFLUENCE Design Create one-of-a-kind custom homes. Develop classic, timeless elevations. Develop functional and appealing interiors.
Visualization Create engaging visuals such as: 3-D Renderings. Color Renderings. Fly Through Animation.
REALIZATION + EXECUTION Construction Documents Create full permit sets. Coordinate engineering. Review permit sets for accuracy
Coordination Review project goals with the team. Interact with clients. Complete site visits.
THE ROLE You will collaborate with our clients, designers, estimators and supervisors to design, present and execute each home. You will provide project direction and coordination to ensure we're meeting objectives. From the initial consultation to the completed home, you'll be an essential part of a skilled team that's navigating each step of the home building process.
