As a UI/UX Designer II, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered designs for digital products and experiences. This role includes conducting user research, developing wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience that aligns with business goals and technical constraints. You will play a crucial role in shaping the look, feel, and usability of our products. Your responsibilities will include: Plan and execute user research methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights. Translate research findings into user personas, journey maps, and actionable design solutions. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively. Maintain consistency in visual and interaction design by adhering to established style guides and contributing to the design system. Analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve designs and enhance the user experience. Using data-driven design methodologies and creation of A/B test scenarios. Requirements Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in UX design with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design practices. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Strong understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices. Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is preferred. Salesforce Certified User Experience Designer credential or the willingness to obtain is preferred.
