WE VALUE Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Design Technology/Drafting or related technical discipline Excellent working knowledge of Hexagon's Smart 3D plant design application is preferred Experience with other CAD applications such as such SolidWorks or MicroStation, or Hexagon's CADWorx is a plus Advanced technical knowledge in design and drafting standards and practices across multiple engineering disciplines will be advantageous Experience with Microsoft Office Tools Ability to interface with engineering and design team members Collaborative individuals capable of working productively in a self-directed manner with minimal supervision Strong organizational, communication, time management, and interpersonal skills Highly motivated and able to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic environment with competing priorities Open to continuous improvement with a passion for continuous development and learning Excellent collaborator, organizational, leadership qualities and written/verbal communication, analytical/critical thinking skills Proactively seeks information from others Independent and creative thinker and decision maker Ability to develop a high level of confidence in proposing value added solutions
