We are seeking a talented and innovative Senior Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. This fully remote position offers an exciting opportunity to create engaging learning experiences that drive performance improvement across various environments. Responsibilities Apply a systems approach to instructional design and performance improvement projects. Conduct needs assessments to recommend effective instructional strategies and solutions. Design and develop on-demand, virtual, and instructor-led training, including e-learning courses, simulations, and assessments. Create instructional assets such as outlines, storyboards, lesson plans, and multimedia content. Utilize adult learning theories and objectives-based strategies to enhance learner engagement and retention. Develop methods to assess learning effectiveness and performance improvement. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of instructional solutions. Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to meet business and learner needs. Oversee the administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS). Troubleshoot LMS-related technical issues and provide user support. Skills 5 years of experience in instructional design with a strong foundation in adult learning principles. Proficiency in designing and implementing training solutions using e-learning authoring tools. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables. Strong communication, creative thinking, and process improvement skills. Advanced proficiency in e-learning development tools such as Articulate 360. Preferred Skills Experience in professional audio production, voiceovers, graphics, and video editing. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, HTML, and LMS platforms. Ability to develop visually appealing graphics and multimedia assets for online courses. Experience in collaborating with web development teams to integrate interactive elements into online courses.
