We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Private Commercial Mortgage Loan Producer to join our team. This individual will work onsite in our Houston office, leveraging their extensive local network and lending experience to generate new business and close loans.

Position Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and closing commercial mortgage loans, working directly with clients to understand their needs, and offering tailored lending solutions. You will utilize your established network and deep knowledge of the Houston market to generate new business and foster long-term relationships. This is a commission-only role, offering unlimited earning potential based on your success and ability to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively prospect and network within the Houston area to generate new business opportunities for commercial mortgage loans.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and real estate professionals.
• Structure and negotiate commercial mortgage loans to meet the specific needs of clients.
• Provide expert guidance to clients on the loan application process, including financial documentation, underwriting, and loan terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless loan approval and closing process.
• Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and progress towards goals.
• Stay current on market trends, lending guidelines, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure timely communication throughout the loan process.
• Meet or exceed established production targets and goals on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial mortgage lending, with a proven track record of success and high production.
• Established network of business contacts and clients in the Houston area.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate finance, including loan products, underwriting, and closing processes.
• Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to achieving success.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive in generating business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
• High level of professionalism and integrity, with a strong work ethic and pride in delivering excellent service.
