Overview
Coordinate and prepare materials for conferences, including editing invitations/postcards and handling logistics.Print, bind, and distribute sales and client presentations; maintain up-to-date contact information in our CRM.Update website content and make necessary edits to marketing collateral, presentations, and sales materials.Conduct mass mailings and assist with event planning, ensuring compliance and tracking approvals throughout processes.Provide additional marketing support by performing administrative tasks and backing project management efforts.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent writing and proofreading capabilities.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with preferences for candidates skilled in Photoshop and InDesign.
This role offers a flexible in-office schedule from Monday to Thursday with Fridays as remote work, located in PST time zone. A high school diploma is required, however, a Bachelor's Degree and experience in the financial services industry are preferred.
