HEYDUDE
is hiring a
Director of Global Consumer Public Relations, Events & Influencer
to lead global marketing efforts. The role focuses on building a premier strategy to grow brand and product awareness through media and consumer-focused outreach and events. You will partner with the brand marketing team, the collaborations team, product, and ecommerce channels to deliver magnificent storytelling and drive impactful media results.

What You'll Do
Develop and implement comprehensive global strategies that integrate public relations, influencer marketing, and event activations to amplify HEYDUDE's brand visibility and cultural relevance Establish robust measurement frameworks for PR and influencer marketing, including, calculating and reporting Earned Media Value (EMV), tracking comprehensive performance metrics across media and influencer channels, and utilizing advanced analytics platforms to quantify brand impact and ROI Expertly manage and leverage measurement platforms including TribeDynamic for influencer performance analysis, CreatorIQ for comprehensive influencer marketing insight, and Advanced media monitoring and measurement tools Develop strategic PR agency management approach, including comprehensive performance evaluation, detailed reporting and KPI tracking, and agency selection, onboarding, and ongoing performance optimization Create strategic partnerships across entertainment, sports, lifestyle, and cultural sectors to embed HEYDUDE at the heart of meaningful cultural moments Craft innovative storytelling approaches that showcase the brand's identity through media relations targeting fashion, lifestyle, and consumer press, influencer collaborations that authentically represent the brand's ethos, and consumer and media events that drive product awareness and brand affinity What You'll Bring to the Table
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Mass Media, or related field 10+ years of comprehensive experience in brand marketing, with a proven track record in Public Relations, Influencer Marketing, and Event activations, preferably within fashion, footwear, or lifestyle industries Demonstrated expertise in advanced media measurement techniques, Earned Media Value (EMV) calculation and reporting, TribeDynamic and CreatorIQ platforms, and comprehensive PR and influencer marketing performance analytics Proven experience in developing and implementing sophisticated measurement strategies, translating complex analytics into actionable business insights, and managing and optimizing PR agency relationships Technical proficiency in media monitoring and measurement platforms, advanced analytics tools, and performance tracking and reporting systems Strong media and influencer relationships across diverse industries, with a deep understanding of the global media landscape Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration capabilities Proven ability to develop and manage global PR agencies and campaigns, with a data-driven approach to performance evaluation

Title: Director PR Events & Influencer
Salary or Pay Range: $170,000 - $180,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
At Crocs, Inc. we believe in the power of a blend of in-person and virtual collaboration to drive creativity and strengthen relationships. Your participation in this flexible schedule plays a key role in building a connected and successful team. In-office requirements vary by our work personas: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2-3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role has been aligned to the Collaborator persona.
This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
