This role is anything but a typical 9-5 job; you'll be on the move, forging connections, promoting fantastic vacation experiences, and having fun while earning competitive pay and commissions.

Position: Event Marketing Specialist Full Time
Compensation:
- Training Rate: (First 30 Days): $20/hour vs. commission (whichever is higher)
- Rate after 30 Days: $16.50/hour + uncapped commission
Location: Based out of our Hudson Valley office, with events located within about an hour radius and occasional trips to NYC (including Mets games and attractions).
Schedule: Full-time, with open availability (weekends and holidays are required).
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Exploria Resorts at events, sports games, festivals, and pop-up locations.
- Engage with vacationers and provide exclusive incentives to attend vacation ownership presentations.
- Create memorable experiences while increasing sign-ups for resort previews and discounted attraction tickets.
- Work as part of a fun, high-energy team passionate about working with people.
- Help achieve our goals for production, sales, and monthly budget targets.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A sociable personality with positive energy.
- Comfortable engaging with new people and addressing objections confidently.
- Flexibility in schedule (weekends and holidays required).
- Reliable transportation for travel to events.
- Able to exercise sound judgment and work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Previous experience as an OPC or in sales is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
