Interior Designer – Up to $105,000 + Benefits

Your Role
Lead projects from concept to completion , ensuring design excellence. Develop technical drawings and design documents
(2D & 3D). Create and specify FF&E packages , staying ahead of industry trends. Manage budgets
and coordinate with clients and contractors. Space planning and architectural drawing interpretation . Contribute to concept development and project execution .
What You’ll Need
5+ years’ experience
in hospitality or high-end residential interior design. Degree in Interior Design or related field
(preferred). Full project lifecycle experience , from concept to delivery. Proficiency in Vectorworks
(or AutoCAD with willingness to train). Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and SketchUp
(Bluebeam & Design Spec a plus). Project management experience . LEED accreditation (highly desirable) .
What You’ll Get
Salary : Up to $105,000. Hybrid Working . PTO : 15 days (rising to 20 with tenure). Additional PTO : 5 extra days at
5 years , 20 extra days at
7 years . Healthcare : Various plans, with the
basic plan fully covered . Holidays : 8 public holidays + 1 floating day.
