Position Overview
HEVRON is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Apparel Designer to support the Founder in developing our collections. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about contemporary fashion, has a strong eye for minimalistic design, and wants to contribute to a growing brand. You will be responsible for leading the design process, researching trends, creating technical packages, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:
Design Development:
Assist in the creation of seasonal collections, ensuring alignment with HEVRONs aesthetic and customer profile. Trend Research:
Conduct research on market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to inform design concepts and fabric selection. Sketching & CADs:
Create and update flat sketches and CADs for collections using Adobe Illustrator. Tech Packs:
Develop and maintain detailed tech packs, including measurements, construction details, and material specifications, to ensure clear communication with factories. Fabric & Trim Sourcing:
Work with the Head Designer to source and select fabrics, trims, and materials, ensuring they meet quality standards and align with the brands design direction. Fit & Samples:
Assist in sample fittings and provide feedback to ensure garments are executed as envisioned. Organization:
Maintain an organized design archive, inspiration boards, and seasonal line sheets. Collaboration:
Work closely with production, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure seamless development and execution of designs. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Fashion Design or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in apparel design, preferably in contemporary or luxury womenswear. Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience creating technical sketches and tech packs. Knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and fit processes. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. A keen understanding of HEVRONs brand aesthetic and target customer. Enthusiasm for minimalistic and contemporary fashion, with a strong eye for detail and quality. Preferred Skills: Experience working with knitwear or tailored silhouettes is advantageous.
