Position Overview:
As an Event Staff Member, you will assist with event setup, guest services, and safety. This fast-paced, hands-on role offers a great opportunity for those looking to gain experience in the events industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to guests before, during, and after events.
- Assist with event setup, seating, signage, and teardown.
- Direct guests to their seats and answer event-related questions.
- Assist with ticket scanning and crowd control.
- Enforce safety protocols and arena policies.
- Report any issues or hazards to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout events.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background inquiry.
