Responsibilities: The main function of marketing manager is to run marketing activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans and managing marketing staff. Implement, manage, and refine organizational operations, rhythms of business, and ways of working, Develop effective processes to manage critical work streams and priority launches, Establish a communication structure to report out updates, progress, and project status to stakeholders;
Requirements:
6+ years experience across marketing, operations, or strategy, Demonstrated project management experience, effective organizational skills and experience managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, Understanding of a Consumer Marketing and Media function and its core competencies Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one’s time. Ability to keep information organized and confidential. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or journalism. Must have media and marketing experience Must understand media - planning, buying (must have exposure) Experience Managing multiple projects at once XFN communication is key Media Measurement experience is MUST Ops and strategy experience Large tech (big company) experience Ability to work as a self starter and can define something that is undefined - identify needs and effectively align clarity Client experience preferred
