Digital Marketing Manager IV (Paid Search, Social and Performance Marketing)
for their New York, NY location.
Responsibilities:
Design and scale paid media programs to drive quality traffic, leads, and scalable growth.
Manage paid search campaigns using AI, automation, and smart bidding, notably app installs.
Optimize channels and programs for integrated campaigns.
Activate multi-channel ABM strategies for high-value contacts.
Manage programmatic display and native campaigns for awareness and education.
Ensure exceptional digital advertising campaign delivery in ad creative, ad format, platform innovation, QA, and optimization.
Implement comprehensive tracking and reporting for digital campaigns to enable advanced optimization.
Lead digital channel delivery, ensuring agencies and partners have all required deliverables.
Oversee and own campaign tracking to ensure robust digital campaign measurement.
Collaborate with analytics, data science, and measurement teams to build digital channel reports.
Continuously review and optimize digital GTM processes.
Conduct segmentation testing to analyze audiences and improve performance.
Innovate at the landing page and form level, and assist with SEO & CRO to improve organic performance.
Support SEO strategies for traffic growth and new prospect acquisition.
Deliver insights to sales, product marketing, and management teams.
Use data-driven marketing to identify trends and make optimization recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create growth roadmaps and develop optimization plans.
Own the testing and learning agenda, driving innovation, testing, and optimization.
Requirements:
Paid media expertise with hands-on experience on platforms including Client.
Experience designing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to generate quality traffic and leads.
Proactive and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and management teams.
Preferably, experience in large companies or enterprises.
Motivated, results-driven attitude with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
7+ years in performance marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS, agency, or high-growth environment.
Experience managing agencies and budgets, with expertise in social and digital marketing.
Familiarity with Mar/Ad-tech, enrichment, routing, automation, nurture, activation, monetization, and personalization tools.
Proficiency in measurement and analytics tools like Google Data Studio and Salesforce.
Strong project management and communication skills, with experience working with privacy, legal, and engineering teams.
Comfortable working across time zones, managing complexity, and navigating ambiguity.
