www.dinebrands.com . The Senior Manager, Off-Premise Marketing, is a key member of the IHOP restaurant Off-premise marketing team. This role is responsible for developing product strategies across IHOP 'N Go ordering, catering, third-party delivery, digital promotions, and virtual brands to drive sales growth. Responsibilities include managing strategy, new product development, testing, and system-wide rollouts. The ideal candidate will be strategic, innovative, business-minded, adept at managing multiple priorities, and capable of catalyzing team performance. Reporting to the Director, Brand Calendar & Product, this role aims to increase sales of IHOP Off-premise programs. The Associate Manager, Off-premise Marketing, will report to this leader. Responsibilities: Lead off-premise marketing projects including IHOP 'N Go ordering, catering, third-party delivery, digital promotions, and virtual brands. Manage a team, including coaching an Associate Off-premise Marketing Manager. Develop and execute strategies for off-premise marketing initiatives. Plan, develop, test, and implement new programs and initiatives, serving as the primary contact and content expert. Set project objectives, strategies, and success criteria, and align with stakeholders. Develop new product concepts, names, and positioning. Manage brainstorming, feasibility assessments, and development of menu, pricing, and promotional initiatives. Maintain effective cost controls and communicate project performance to leadership and stakeholders. Collaborate with Business Analytics to analyze performance and optimize programs. Evaluate and improve the guest experience, and assess the impact of menu changes and promotions. Oversee system-wide rollouts, including creative development and inventory planning. Build strong cross-functional relationships and demonstrate leadership and influence. Show business maturity by identifying opportunities, addressing issues promptly, and understanding business performance. Present projects clearly to leadership and franchisees. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and learning. Skills & Requirements: College degree required; MBA preferred. 5-6 years (MBA) or 6-8 years (BBA) experience in project management, analytics, or marketing. Experience with direct-to-consumer platforms within a national restaurant chain is preferred. Strong planning, project management, and leadership skills. Experience leading teams and franchise operations preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Base salary: $145,000.
