This role is ideal for someone passionate about advocating for the customer experience, technology, and creating impactful and transparent messaging that drives trust and loyalty. You will go deep with engineering teams and other cross-functional stakeholders to communicate Azure’s strengths, continued progress, and focus on continuous improvements in the areas of security, reliability, and capacity. Through your leadership, you will help guide customers and partners to architect resilient, scalable solutions on the Azure platform, while providing clear, consistent messaging during incidents that impact customer experience.

Responsibilities
Drive improvements in the Azure platform's quality by focusing on key areas of reliability, capacity, and service availability.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure quality enhancements are communicated effectively to customers.
Azure’s progress and future vision in platform quality through innovative marketing strategies. Focus on delivering clear messaging highlighting our commitment to security, reliability, and the overall platform experience.
Craft clear, transparent, and compelling communications that rebuild and maintain customer trust in Azure’s quality, particularly in the face of challenges such as service-impacting events or capacity issues.
Provide customers and partners with the tools, services, and guidance they need to architect resilient and scalable workloads on Azure. Help them maximize the platform’s capabilities to prevent disasters and mitigate risks.
Be the first point of contact for crisis management messaging during security incidents, service-impacting events, or capacity issues. Ensure customers and partners receive clear, timely guidance during unpredictable events and using these events to inform future improvements for prevention.

Qualifications

equired/Minimum Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
OR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
OR equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience marketing Cloud platforms.
Experience in Platform Resilience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business
OR equivalent experience.
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
