Job Title: Design Consultant
Blind Ambition, a leading provider of custom window treatments in the St. Louis area, is seeking motivated and design-savvy individuals to join our team as Design Consultants.
In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to help them choose the perfect window solutions for their homes. If you have a passion for interior design, strong communication skills, and enjoy helping people improve their living spaces, we’d love to hear from you!
Position Highlights:
- Help clients select blinds, shades, shutters, and drapes that fit their style and needs
- Provide in-home consultations and measurements (training provided)
- Learn about design, products, and sales in a supportive team environment
- Flexible hours with growth potential
- Base pay plus commission opportunities
Ideal Candidate:
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
- Strong interest in home décor or interior design
- Detail oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- Reliable transportation
- Prior sales or design experience is a plus, but not required
