Sales and Marketing Leadership Trainee , you’ll start by mastering the fundamentals of sales and customer interaction inside well-known retail locations—then quickly move into developing, guiding, and supporting a growing team.This is not just another entry-level role—this is your launchpad into leadership. What You’ll Do: Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend services Learn and apply effective sales and marketing strategies Train alongside top performers and receive one-on-one mentorship Begin developing leadership skills through team collaboration and peer coaching Help drive campaign success by sharing insights and supporting new team members What We’re Looking For: A self-motivated, high-energy attitude with a passion for leadership Great communication skills and a people-first mindset Team player who’s open to feedback and ready to grow A high school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required) Previous experience in sales, customer service, or team leadership is a plus What We Offer: $18–$24/hr base pay + weekly performance bonuses
