Rival Digital is a rapidly growing full-service digital marketing agency for HVAC contractors. We offer Website Design, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Online Advertising, and Social Media. We are currently looking for an additional full-time Web Developer to join our fast-paced, innovative team.
The Web Developer will fulfill the front-end development of client websites as well as provide on-going support for existing websites. Additionally, the Web Developer will work with the SEO team to further enhance the technical aspects and accessibility of existing client websites.
Responsibilities:
Design & develop websites for clients on WordPress Manage and maintain existing websites for on-going support and changes Add content to existing websites for on-page SEO efforts Run technical SEO audits on websites and implement the needed changes Publish monthly blog posts for clients Assist in client SEO campaigns including implementation of strategy, monthly reporting, and tracking for new opportunities Design landing pages for Rival Digital as needed for campaigns Daily communication with team on progress of tasks Attend daily huddle for status updates Key Requirements
Knowledge of WordPress Knowledge of cloud hosting & backend website development Knowledge of SEO best practices Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to meet deadlines Ability to have fun and learn new things Unlimited paid time off (PTO) Simple IRA with company match Bi-weekly company lunch (for local employees)
