Infosys is seeking a Lead RPA Consultant. You will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to proposal development, client training, and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
2. At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
3. Location for this position is Richardson, TX. This position requires relocation.

Preferred Qualifications

1. At least 7 years of experience in in-depth hands-on application design, architecture, development experience in UiPath.
2. UiPath Advanced Certification is a must.
3. Skilled in automating business processes using UiPath.
4. Adept in RPA processes, including requirements gathering, solution designing, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and implementation using Pega Robotics.
5. Architect, design, and develop code and automation in UiPath.
6. Integrating ML models in RPA workflows is a plus.
7. Plays a critical role in building and deploying Robotic Process Automations.
8. Works closely with other developers, product managers, DevOps, and product support engineering to deliver new automated processes to replace manual processing.
9. Create scalable and efficient process automations.
10. Be the technical person and perform the day-to-day functions to meet the business needs and collaborate with other architects to achieve the necessary outcome.
11. Works with customers and partners in identifying and designing appropriate automation workflows.
12. Lead hands-on and non-hands-on training sessions in the use of RPA tools and best practices for using RPA tools to deliver robotic solutions.
13. Ability to work and communicate effectively with program management.
14. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
15. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
