Overview
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall management of our IT infrastructure, including network set up, LAN/WAN, IT security, troubleshooting IT issues, and setting up workstations.
Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including network set up, LAN/WAN, IT security, troubleshooting IT issues, and setting up workstations
Ensure the company's network and systems are secure and up-to-date with the latest security protocols
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the company's IT infrastructure
Manage and lead our IT vendor
Oversee the installation and configuration of software and hardware, including servers, workstations, and printers
Manage and maintain the company's website and other online platforms
Provide technical support to end-users and ensure that all IT issues are resolved in a timely manner
Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends and make recommendations to senior management for new technologies or upgrades to the current infrastructure
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
~5+ years of experience in IT management and IT security, troubleshooting IT issues, and setting up workstations
~ Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, security, and software
~ Experience with Outlook 365, SharePoint
~ Experience with project management and budgeting
