Position Description:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Brand & Marketing Director to join our team and take a leading role in shaping and executing IDS brand strategy, marketing initiatives, and communication practices. This role will be responsible for overseeing our digital marketing efforts, corporate website management, and development of promotional materials. Working closely with cross-functional teams and leadership, you will ensure the effective integration of digital brand and marketing strategies across all channels.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Brand Development:
- Lead the creation and execution of the overall brand strategy to ensure a consistent and impactful brand identity.
- Work closely with internal teams to define, refine, and communicate IDS brand message across all marketing and communication channels.
- Ensure alignment of brand identity in both internal and external communications.
- Analyze and report on digital brand and marketing KPIs (ROIs and KPIs).
Marking Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive engagement and growth across various platforms.
- Manage the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to promote IDS services, products, and brand presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing alignment with business goals.
Web Management & Content Strategy:
- Oversee the maintenance, updates, and optimization of the corporate website.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive website improvements and enhance user experience.
- Implement changes to improve website design, functionality, and navigation while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Drive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Promotional Material & Visual Design:
- Design and develop high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, digital assets, and presentations.
- Create compelling presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with IDS branding standards.
- Translate business goals into visually compelling and effective design solutions.
Digital Marketing & Analytics:
- Lead the management and execution of digital marketing initiatives across web, email, and social media.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and other platforms to track and report on digital marketing performance.
- Conduct data-driven analysis to refine and improve marketing efforts.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams and functions.
- Deep understanding of brand development and positioning in the digital space.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, web and mobile design, and content management systems.
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the companys industry, market, and target audience.
- Proficiency and active use of Microsoft Suite, Adobe Design or Creative Suite, and other technology tools and platforms, and graphic design programs.
- Experience using web development and content management system (CMS) such as WordPress, and other digital tools for analytics such as Google Analytics, AdWords, etc. to analyze and track consumer behavior.
Education and Work Experience:
- This position requires a bachelors degree in graphic design, fine arts, marketing, digital media or related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in digital marketing, branding, and design.
- Proven experience in brand development and leading marketing initiatives.
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital and print marketing projects is required.
Physical & Mental Qualifications:
- Must be able to sit, type, hear, see, and speak for extended periods of time.
- Must consistently work and type on a computer for prolonged periods of time.
- Must be able to communicate accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
- Must be able to lift/carry at least 15 lbs.
- May be required to move about inside an office to access file cabinets, office supplies, etc.

Normal work schedule hours may vary, Monday through Friday. May be required to work additional hours and/or weekends, as needed, to meet deadlines or to fulfill travel obligations.
Salary Range:
- $100,000 - $175,000 per year
- The estimated salary range listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job posting and may be modified in the future. The disclosed salary range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. When determining an applicants compensation, various factors are taken into consideration including, but not limited to: geographic location, relevant prior work experience, relevant training, special skills/competencies, education, clearance, licenses/certifications, labor categories/contract rates and other business needs.

Employee benefits become effective the first of the month following start date of employment unless starting on the 1st of the month.
