Strategy & Planning
Collaborate with technology, product, and business teams to identify customer and business needs, translating them into engaging, intuitive design solutions. Engage in portfolio prioritization to shape the strategy and product roadmap for the team. Manage shifting priorities, providing clear direction on product prioritization and supporting early product definition. Advocate for customers using human-centered design methods such as discovery, research, and user testing. Champion design-centered product enhancements based on research and analysis. Work with teams across various locations, embracing an experience mindset throughout your work.
Leading & Developing Teams
Build and lead a successful team by mentoring, coaching, and elevating others. Assist team members in strategy, research, design critiques, and execution tasks. Navigate conflict resolution within the team and among project stakeholders. Participate in hiring by reviewing resumes and conducting interviews.
Discovering & Delivering
Support early product definition by conducting discovery sessions to uncover customer pain points and opportunities. Utilize design tools to create concepts and enable successful team collaboration. Drive end-to-end product design by collaborating with researchers to understand customer needs and define opportunities based on usability studies. Create process flows, wireframes, journey maps, and interaction models leading to prototypes of varying fidelity. Plan and facilitate workshops to align internal and external stakeholders with business needs. Contribute to our internal design system and best practices by designing within established standards. Communicate design concepts compellingly to various stakeholders. Create high-fidelity design assets for development and market delivery in partnership with technology teams.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in UX design. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience designing cross-channel experiences. Able to work effectively with various business partners to deliver outcomes. Familiarity with design and prototyping tools like Adobe Products, Sketch, and/or Figma. Experience contributing to an established design system. A track record of managing a cross-functional team.
