Create materials like presentation decks, ads, packaging, signage, and other marketing collateral. Collaboration:
Partner with creative teams and other departments to design visuals aligned with organizational goals. Brand Consistency:
Ensure all designs follow brand style and voice guidelines. Photo/Video Editing:
Edit and retouch photos/videos for various platforms. Asset Management:
Organize and prepare print/digital assets for production. Production:
Set up and deliver content for print and digital use. Qualifications: Experience & Education:
5+ years of design experience; Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field. Design Skills:
Expertise in design, typography, and color theory; Knowledge of print and digital production processes; Familiarity with the latest design tools and trends. Software Proficiency:
Skilled in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects); Experienced with Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Must use macOS. Additional Skills:
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Dropbox, SharePoint, Asana); Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo); Knowledge of web design, CSS, and HTML is a plus. Portfolio Required:
Provide a link to your work samples. Technical Requirements: Apple M2 Chip or Intel i7 processor (2020 or newer). Minimum 16 GB RAM, macOS Ventura 13.4 or later. HMO for eligible locations. Steady freelance job with immediate hiring.
