Impactables San Antonio office; hybrid work schedule - 3 days a week in office, 2 days remote from home. Key Responsibilities: Client Management & Strategy Act as the primary content strategist and account manager for a portfolio of clients. Conduct weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly client interviews to extract thought leadership insights and key messaging. Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment with their brand, goals, and content vision. Provide strategic content recommendations, proactively guiding clients to maximize their LinkedIn presence. Manage the content approval process, making revisions based on client feedback while ensuring efficient turnaround. Video Editing & Graphic Design Edit and optimize short-form video content from client interviews, ensuring clarity, engagement, and brand consistency. Apply client-branded templates, motion graphics, captions, and animations using tools like Descript or Canva. Design visually compelling LinkedIn image posts, carousels, and thumbnails that align with client branding. Ensure that all assets adhere to LinkedIns best practices for video and image-based content. Content Creation & Performance Optimization Write engaging LinkedIn post copy to accompany video and graphic assets. Track and analyze content performance metrics (engagement, reach, and audience insights). Use data-driven insights to refine and adjust content strategies for maximum impact. Stay updated on LinkedIn content trends to continuously improve content quality and engagement. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in content strategy, account management, or social media marketing. Experience managing a book of clients, with strong relationship management skills. Proficiency in video editing (Descript, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools). Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) with an understanding of social media design best practices. Strong writing skills, with the ability to craft engaging LinkedIn post copy. Familiarity with B2B marketing, LinkedIn content strategy, and personal branding. Comfortable using AI-driven tools (ChatGPT, Descript, etc.) to enhance content production. Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple clients and deadlines efficiently. Comfortable independently managing workflows.
