As a reflection of our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing team as Senior Manager, Brand Marketing. This is a critical role in the organization driving brand marketing strategy for this brand.
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Brand Marketing to lead and execute brand marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive patient and provider engagement, and position our dental implant solutions as market leaders. This role requires a deep understanding of the dental industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, patient-focused marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategy to strengthen market presence and ensure consistent messaging for dental implant products.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print) targeting prospective patients.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and competitive positioning in the dental implant market.
- Manage the brand’s visual identity and ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the sales, and clinical teams to develop messaging that effectively communicates product benefits and differentiators.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics (e.g., brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and sales performance).
- Develop targeted educational content for patient-facing materials to build trust and product understanding.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of marketers and external agencies to execute brand initiatives effectively.
- Manage the brand marketing budget to maximize ROI and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing.
- Strong understanding of market research, customer segmentation, and positioning strategies.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns within a healthcare or dental environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex clinical information into patient-friendly messaging.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Strong expertise in brand strategy, market positioning, and integrated marketing communications .
- Proficiency in marketing analytics, campaign management, and digital marketing tools.

- Salary: Annual pay range: $120,000 - $140,000, plus bonus/incentives
