Build a streamline system of intake for marketing legal review of creative assets and project manage other processes and ways of working
Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of creative, media, talent and other marketing related contracts.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.Qualifications

- 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
- 15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+ years of experience
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- 12+ years of relevant legal experience
- Prior experience in marketing legal role required
- Current member in good standing of a state bar in the United States with the ability to become barred or a registered in-house counsel in the state where this role is located
- 9+ years in providing advice on marketing legal issues (either in-house or as external counsel)
- Experience building legal support processes with strong organizational skills, prior project management experience is a plus
- Prior in-house experience preferred
- Must possess exceptional analytical ability and advocacy skills, drive execution in a team environment, and the ability to integrate legal advice and business knowledge, while providing balanced advice regarding risks and benefits
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in all interactions with marketing clients, senior management, legal colleagues, external counsel, corporate departments and all levels of employees
- Developed business acumen, with ability to understand the company's business interests and anticipate the nature and magnitude of issues that could arise in various settings
- Practical and proactive problem-solver with a strong business acumen, must be confident, mature and calm under fire-Experience with music negotiations and A-List Celebrity talent negotiationsAdditional Information
