Location: Kenilworth, New Jersey Job Type: Contract Compensation Range: $45 - 50 per hour Cella is seeking Video-specific Art Directors to add to our internal creative services team servicing our pharmaceutical client. This role is a bench or freelance position, and would be called upon when needed. The Video Art Director must have pharmaceutical experience, and will storyboard, create design elements, creative treatments, and help put together decks to present creative concepts for video to clients. This person will help with overall design that will be brought to life in video. Responsibilities: Pharmaceutical Art Director Experience: Able to visualize highly conceptual graphics for product branding across digital platforms (ex, microsites, Fb/Twitter social ads). Experience working with copywriters. Design with modern aesthetics. Hours are not guaranteed. Plus is knowledge of Veeva Promomats. Coordinate with the various stakeholders creative strategy and tactical execution, ensuring alignment with project scope & budget needs. Assess & define photography, image needs and other art assets. Provide key strategic & tactical insight during key client input meetings. Conduct all phases of project execution as it relates to Art Direction. Digital Experience: Design with knowledge of digital best practices. Able to design multi-page sites according to brand compliance. Software knowledge to include Adobe XD + Figma . Plus is an understanding of SharePoint and WordPress websites. Qualifications: Proficiency in entire Adobe CS Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro along with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Excellent communication skills and demonstrated experience in communicating and discussing concepts with senior-level clients is critical. Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment. Strategic thinker coupled with conceptual skills. Highly creative out-of-the-box thinker with a "start-up" entrepreneurial mentality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
