Brand Vision & Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with Sanas’s mission and business goals. Define the brand’s vision, voice, and positioning in the marketplace.Storytelling & Content Creation:
Craft compelling stories that highlight the impact of Sanas’s speech-to-speech AI technology. Oversee the creation of high-quality content across various channels, including digital, social media, advertising, and events.Creative Direction:
Lead the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring all brand touchpoints reflect Sanas’s values and vision. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce innovative campaigns and experiences.Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to understand our target audience, competitors, and industry trends. Use insights to refine brand strategies and creative approaches.Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals, agencies and stakeholders fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence. Guide the team to achieve exceptional standards in all creative outputs.Brand Consistency:
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms and communications. Maintain brand guidelines and oversee their implementation throughout the organization.Influence & Collaboration:
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build alignment and buy-in for brand initiatives. Influence decision-making through clear and persuasive communication.Adaptability & Problem Solving:
Navigate challenges and changes with flexibility and resilience. Provide solutions that keep the brand moving forward in dynamic environments.Performance Metrics:
Establish KPIs to measure the success of brand initiatives and creative campaigns. Regularly report on performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field (Master’s preferred).7+ years of experience in brand management, creative direction, or a similar role.Proven track record of building and managing successful brands, particularly in the tech industry.Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects and campaigns that align with brand strategy.Experience leading and mentoring creative teams.Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.Deep understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategies.
