Education & Experience
Mid-level designer with a minimum of 6 years of professional design experience. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, Communication Design, User Experience Design, or a directly related design discipline.
Your Portfolio Includes:
- The highest level of creative and technical skill in designing quantitative, data-heavy and research-based content.
- Original vector-based illustrations and data visualizations that clarify complex concepts.
- Examples of UI design.
- Examples of branding work is a plus.
Your Background
Professional experience in the following sectors is preferred: healthcare, financial, technology, management-consulting, or scientific.

In a Designer We Seek:
- 6+ years of industry experience in a design field.
- A background in the following industries is preferred: healthcare, financial, technology, management-consulting, or scientific.
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, Communication Design, User Experience Design, or a directly related design discipline.
- A robust portfolio with outstanding visual design skills, showcasing analytical thinking and the ability to bring visual clarity to complex data-heavy content.
- Experience in client-facing roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Superior attention to detail, outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
- A design generalist, enjoying a variety of visual challenges.
