We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of our marketing efforts, balancing multiple projects while working independently to execute creative and strategic initiatives. This role is a single-person marketing department, so we need someone who is proactive, highly organized, and eager to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Execution & Strategy
- Manage and execute marketing initiatives to support company growth.
- Develop and update catalogs, promotional materials, and marketing collateral.
- Craft engaging content for marketing materials, website updates, social media, and email campaigns.
- Maintain and enhance the company website (experience with WordPress is a plus).
- Conduct competitive research to refine messaging, terminology, and product positioning.
- Coordinate with external vendors for design, photography, and production needs.
- Select and manage branded merchandise and promotional items for trade shows, employee recognition, and customer giveaways.
Sales Support & Internal Collaboration
- Develop artwork and creative assets to support sales staff, including presentation materials.
- Organize and execute sales awards and recognition initiatives.
- Collaborate with product and tool management teams to stay informed about updates that affect marketing efforts.
Trade Shows & Events
- Lead planning and execution for industry trade shows and events.
- Ensure trade show materials are prepared, including booth displays, signage, and product samples.
- Manage packing lists, logistics, and pre-show meetings to ensure a seamless experience.
- Travel to some trade shows to ensure smooth setups, represent the company, and receive feedback from employees, customers, and sales representatives.
Digital & Email Marketing
- Develop and schedule email marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage social media content to enhance brand visibility.
- Track and analyze marketing performance to improve engagement and ROI.
- Design marketing materials using Canva or other design platforms.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3-5 years in a marketing role (B2B, manufacturing, or industrial experience preferred).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
