Job position: Lead I - UX Design
Job Location: Dallas, TX
Job Duration: Contract

We are deeply committed to developing a comprehensive understanding of our clients' problems and to develop platforms to address them As a Product Designer, you will help transform complex information and tasks into easy-to-use designs.
You should be familiar with techniques like storyboards and sketching -to communicate design concepts.
Deep knowledge of the UX process (research, conceptual design, prototyping, testing), is a must have Expectations:
•Lead in the creation of product experiences independency but with feedback from peers and internal SMEs
•Think holistically to deliver a design with end to end experiences in mind
•Solve complex problems and work with others to collaborate and merge solutions into a larger structure and create a cohesive design ecosystem
•constant drive to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends
•Prior experience in working for ecommerce websites and mobile apps Skills
•systems thinking
•Excellent written & verbal communication
•Track record of deploying user interface standards and conventions, functional communication flows and dynamic, engaging interfaces
•Strong understanding of design theory and concepts to create effective visual communication with hierarchy and balance (typography, color, space, contrast)
•Ability to work with design templates and patterns
•Multi tasking and deliver work under pressure
•Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
•Experience designing in mobile & Web based product environment - especially in ecommerce
•Prior experience with working on a cross-functional team through the product design process to launch.
•Must have tool experience : Figma, Journey Maps •Nice to have : prototyping (with Flinto, Framer, Marvel, Principle or similar
Minimum Qualifications •Bachelor's degree and X+ years designing digital experiences, demonstrating increasing levels of mastery of your craft
•Experience in user research and translating findings into outcomes
•Experience designing in desktop-based product environments
