Position: Social Media Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time | Exempt
Position Summary:
Poke House is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to support and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day social media activities including content creation, community engagement, campaign support, performance tracking, and influencer collaboration. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital storytelling, understands social media trends, and is committed to delivering on-brand, impactful content that supports business goals.

- 1-3 years experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar design tools.
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with photography and videography.
- Must have a team-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the food & beverage industry is a plus.
- Portfolio of previous work is a plus
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
