About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Influencer Coordinator to join our marketing team and help grow our creator ecosystem. In this role, you’ll support the end-to-end process of identifying, onboarding, and managing influencers while ensuring strong alignment with our brand and campaign goals.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Creator and internal teams to track performance, ensure quality control, and support long-term relationship building. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Downtown Miami, offering hands-on experience in one of the fastest-growing areas of digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with vetting influencer applications and onboarding them to the platform
- Use data-driven insights (e.g., reach, engagement rate, audience demographics) to evaluate influencer-brand fit
- Proactively identify and recruit new influencers to grow our presence in key markets
- Review creator escalations and assist with resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain and update creator records and status within internal systems (e.g., Airtable, Notion)
- Monitor creator content submissions to ensure alignment with offer and campaign requirements
- Help nurture and retain relationships with active influencers to ensure continued engagement
- Support ongoing influencer outreach and communications
- Participate in weekly check-ins with the Head of Creator to align on strategy and progress
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or related marketing roles
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret influencer metrics and campaign data
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving parts
- Familiarity with influencer platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and tools for tracking campaigns
- Comfortable using productivity tools like Notion, Airtable, Google Drive, Slack
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for creator marketing
- Self starter who executes with velocity, critical thinking, and eagerness to learn
- Must be based in Miami and available to work in the office Monday through Friday
