Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive 4x growth in readership and authorship by the end of June 2024, relative to December 2023. Strong preference in non-paid solutions. Enhance Inkitt’s brand presence in the publishing market. Develop and execute brand strategies that clearly communicate the company’s value proposition to a global audience. Strategic vision, capable of both big-picture thinking and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring strategies are both visionary but also grounded. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, like Product Management and Engineering, to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. What You'll Bring:
Track record of successfully delivering growth in two-sided market places (e.g Uber, AirBnB, Spotify, SoundCloud, Fiverr, etc.). Strong analytical skills with a growth-hacker mindset and strategic thinking capability. A deep understanding and experience with at least 2-3 of the following: SEO, social media, viral posts, referral marketing, partnerships and affiliates/influencers. Experience working with/for senior leadership (e.g. VP level or CEO). What We’ll Offer:
