We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented International Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about e-commerce, has a deep interest in consumer packaged goods (CPG), and is eager to support the growth of our international presence. As an assistant, you will be responsible for supporting e-commerce operations across various global markets, optimizing product listings, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth coordination between the team and key stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in the daily management of our international e-commerce platforms (including marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, and regional e-commerce sites).
• Support product listings across multiple global regions, ensuring they are optimized for local markets (title, descriptions, images, pricing).
• Collaborate with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure accurate stock levels and timely shipments for international orders.
• Assist with order fulfillment processes, monitoring the progress of orders, and addressing any customer inquiries or issues.
• Assist in analyzing sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improving the international e-commerce strategy.
• Support in developing and maintaining digital content tailored to each regional market, including promotional materials, banners, and localized campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activity in key international markets to inform pricing strategies and promotional activities.
• Help coordinate and support regional marketing efforts, including campaigns and product launches, across multiple international e-commerce platforms.
• Assist with tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist with troubleshooting any issues related to product listings or technical aspects of e-commerce platforms.
• Provide general administrative support to the international e-commerce team, including managing schedules, handling communications, and organizing meetings.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience), preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or CPG industry (experience in international markets is a plus).
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and tools (e.g., Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, eBay, etc.).
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously to complete tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems quickly.
• Fluency in one or more foreign languages is a plus (but not required).
