Our client, a leader in the professional services industry, is seeking an Audio Visual Technician to join their team. As an Audio Visual Technician, you will be part of the AV Group supporting various business units across the Enterprise. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Audio Visual TechnicianLocation: Reston, VAPay Range: Up to $51.50/hour based on experienceWhat's the Job? Provide technical support for video conferencing room setup and operation. Install, troubleshoot, and maintain a wide array of AV equipment. Support Conference Coordinators and end users with AV technology. Manage equipment lifecycle replacement planning and project support for outside AV vendors. Perform routine testing and maintenance of conference room equipment and digital signage.What's Needed? 1-3 years of experience in installing and troubleshooting AV equipment. Familiarity with integrated AV system designs and operation. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics. Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and ISDN.
