Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $68.00/hr

• Title: User Experience / UI Designer - Conversational Design
• Rate: $50.00 - $68.00/hr
• Location: Hybrid – Onsite – Tuesday to Thursday - New York, NY
• Contract Duration: 6-12 month contract + extensions

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and implement projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.
• Monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
• Investigate user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
• Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
• Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
• Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
• Collaborate with marketing teams and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
• Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.

Must-haves:

• 5-10 years of experience as a UX Designer / UI Designer.
• Strong experience with Conversational Design - IVR / Chatbots / AI.
• Experience with Figma, Jira, Smart Sheets & Google Suite.
• Experience designing technical and/or business web applications.
• Experience with user-centric design overall.
• A portfolio of UX design work from pencil and whiteboard to wireframes and prototypes.
