- An employer in the Telecom Industry is looking for a mid to senior Remote UX Researcher to support their team. - The role will be much more qualitative, but the Researcher still needs to be able to work with and qualify quantitative data/research to create meaningful insights. - This group supports internal products that agents in call centers utilize. - This person will need to have in depth understanding of workflows and how to look at/work through them. - They will conduct observational research, iteration research such as testing, conduct interviews and one on ones with agents, to paint the picture of what is going on at a high level. - They will combine workflows with data analysis, and support a diverse group composed of researchers, designers, developers, business analysts, etc. We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
