Position Overview: The Consumer DTC Promotion, Product Manager is a core member of the brand team responsible for developing and executing the DTC TV launch strategy for Icotrokinra in Plaque Psoriasis (PsO).
This position reports to the Group Product Director, Consumer Marketing, Icotrokinra.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development & execution of Consumer DTC promotion launch tactics, including all critical assets for TV and media.
Create and execute creative approaches for DTC TV launch campaigns.
Partner with media agencies to optimize DTC spend for launch.
Participate and provide input to cross-functional teams on launch strategy & tactical implementation, including Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Learning Excellence, Global, Insights, etc.
Manage associated agencies, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, marketing excellence, and high-quality execution.

Qualifications: Required:
Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
At least 3 years of relevant business experience, preferably in Marketing, Sales, or Medical fields.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable tactics.
Ability to lead in a matrix environment and influence without authority.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Demonstrated passion and perseverance for long-term goals.
Ability to work in Horsham, PA (3 days/week) and travel up to 30% domestically.
Preferred:
Launch experience preferred.
DTC marketing experience preferred.
